What else do we offer... 

We offer two 75-minute classes per day. The morning class on the quiet sandy beach with rising sun and views of the bay. The evening lesson in the garden under the sound of the crickets. We offer additional activities. With our car you can go to the most beautiful places on the island. You can also take beautiful marked walks. We offer company, a listening ear and of course we enjoy sun, sea and everything nice together. Feel free to stay longer because a week is far too short.

It's not about tricks, like standing on your head or making a perfect plank. It is about moving and enjoying together. Even if you're not that flexible or plus sized, everyone can join. Advanced students get more of a challenge.

Yin Yoga classes focus on relaxation  and making the fascia more flexible. This is important for the functionality of the body. Especially if you do strengthening workouts, yang in nature, your muscles will become shorter. To stay balanced, yin classes are a good addition. Even if you haven't done any excercise for a long time, these classes are suitable.
